Our injury prevention program uses the latest research and analysis related to specific injuries. We focus on age-specific needs to guide athletes when it comes to things such as proper form and/or best techniques for efficient and healthy athletic participation. We assess ways to protect joints of the lower extremities and build up an athlete’s core. We teach a variety of strengthening, flexibility, stabilization, and dynamic movements that will help to prevent injuries and keep optimum progress for in-season and off-season training.
