“Due to a chronic illness, I have spent a lot of time in this ER and hospital. I couldn’t ask for better people or better care! I have been to Summa as well as Cleveland Clinic Akron and I still choose Western Reserve as my hospital. Wait times are shorter, and the people are more caring and kind. Wonderful ER and hospital.” - Lisa
