John Hill, MD
John Hill, MD is a board-certified emergency medicine physician and EMS medical director. Prior to becoming a physician, he worked in IT as a web developer and virtualization professional. He earned his medical degree from Northeast Ohio Medical University and completed emergency medicine training at Cleveland Clinic Akron General. He formerly served as EMS Medical Director, Associate Medical Director, and ED Trauma Liaison for University Hospitals.
Mark Lomasney, DO, MS
Mark Lomasney, DO is a board-certified emergency medicine physician. He earned his medical degree from Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed emergency medicine training at St. Elizabeth Boardman Hospital, St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital, St. Joseph Warren Hospital. He holds a DEA Controlled Substance License and is certified in ACLS, BLS, PALS, and ATLS. Dr. Lomasney is also a member of the American College of Emergency Physicians, Emergency Medicine Resident Association and American Medical Association.
Joshua Sayers, MD
Joshua Sayers, MD earned his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine and completed his emergency medicine training at Boonshoft School of Medicine at Wright State University. He is a former International Representative for the Emergency Medicine Residents’ Association's (EMRA) Medical Student Council (MSC) and has served as Crew Chief/Supervisor for American Medical Response in Akron, Ohio. Dr. Sayers also served in the United States Army as a Combat Medical Specialist and is a member of the American College of Emergency Physicians.
Jacob Sieger, DO
Jacob Sieger, DO, received his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Marian University College of Osteopathic Medicine after receiving his Master of Science in medical physiology from Case Western Reserve University. He completed his emergency medicine residency at St. Elizabeth Boardman Hospital in Youngstown, Ohio. Dr. Sieger is a member of the Emergency Medicine Residents’ Association and the American Medical Association.
Jason Benjamin Pillet, DO, FACEP
Jason B. Pillet, DO, FACEP, earned his medical degree from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, FL after receiving his bachelor of science in neurobiology and physiology from the University of Maryland. He completed an internship in family practice at Brownard General Medical Center in Fort Lauderdale and completed his emergency medicine residency at Cleveland Clinic South Pointe Hospital and Western Reserve Hospital. Most recently, Dr. Pillet worked out of Cleveland Clinic’s Lutheran Hospital, Lakewood Hospital, and Fairview Hospital.
Kirk Alan Stiffler, MD, MPH
Kirk Alan Stiffler, MD, MPH, is a board-certified emergency medicine physician. He completed his emergency medicine residency at Summa Health System and has a Master of Public Health from the University of Massachusetts. Dr. Stiffler has served patients in Western Reserve Hospital’s Emergency Department since 2009. He is also a professor of Emergency Medicine at Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine & Pharmacy and is a member of the American College of Emergency Physicians, Society for Academic Emergency Medicine, and Northeast Ohio Universities College of Medicine Master Teachers Guild.
