Dr. Manjinder Kaur is the Director of the Medical Weight Management Program. She is a board-certified endocrinologist and a diplomate of American board of Obesity medicine. She is dedicated to the specific treatment of obesity and endocrine disorders including diabetes, metabolic syndrome, pituitary disease, thyroid, parathyroid, PCOS and adrenal disorders.
She finished her internal medicine residency and fellowship in diabetes, endocrinology and metabolism at the University Hospital Cincinnati. She is a member of the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists, The Endocrine Society and The Obesity Society.
Mehr Khan, MD, MSCP, ABOM Diplomate
Dr. Mehr Khan, MD, MSCP, ABOM Diplomate is a triple board-certified physician in Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, and Endocrinology, certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM). She holds additional certification as a diplomate of the American Board of Obesity Medicine (ABOM) and is recognized as a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP), reflecting her commitment to advancing care in women’s health and metabolic disorders.
Dr. Khan completed her fellowship in Endocrinology at University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center, where she received advanced training in the diagnosis and management of complex endocrine conditions. Prior to this, she completed a Geriatrics fellowship and an Internal Medicine residency at SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, New York. Her multidisciplinary training informs a nuanced understanding of age-related endocrine changes and chronic disease management across the lifespan.
Her clinical expertise encompasses a broad spectrum of endocrine disorders, including:
- Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus, with a focus on microvascular and macrovascular complications
- Disorders of the thyroid, parathyroid, pituitary, and adrenal glands
- In-office diagnostic procedures such as thyroid ultrasonography and ultrasound-guided fine needle aspiration of thyroid nodules

Nancy Azar, MS, RDN, LD
Nancy Azar serves as the dietitian through the Bariatric and Heartburn Center, Western Reserve Hospital and through the Department of Endocrinology, Hudson Specialty Center. She has experience in weight loss and weight management, adult obesity, bariatric surgery (before and after care), cardiovascular health, metabolic syndrome, Renal, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, pre-diabetes, diabetes, GERD, and general wellness. Azar holds a Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Akron. She is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Nancy has spoken at conferences, workshops, and luncheons to educate on diet and nutrition.
